What this trial demonstrates

CivicFlow is a municipality-ready pilot for a single building-permit workflow. The trial demonstrates resident intake, document upload, internal routing, reviewer decision support, audit history, metrics, and a human-in-the-loop AI assistance layer.

• CivicFlow demonstrates one simple residential permit workflow from resident intake through municipal review.
• The pilot is intentionally narrow, uses synthetic data only, and keeps AI assistance visible but advisory.
• Trial participants should test the applicant, intake, reviewer, and admin views to understand handoffs.
• Do not enter real residents, real properties, or confidential agency data anywhere in the pilot.
• Feedback is collected in the same local PostgreSQL demo environment so admins can review trial findings.
